My Story -I spent 32 years serving as a Firefighter Paramedic for the City of Portland, Oregon including two decades on emergency calls where decisions carried real consequences. That experience trained me to think clearly under pressure, act decisively, and build instant trust with people in high-stakes situations.In my final 12 years, I worked as a plans examiner and fire inspector, developing deep expertise in building codes across multiple jurisdictions—an edge that now directly protects my investments.Parallel to my public service career, I built a 35-year track record in real estate, acquiring, renovating, and managing 13 properties across single-family, multifamily, and vacation rentals. I’ve developed land from the ground up, completed multiple 1031 exchanges, and built seven custom homes, while now expanding into commercial projects.Not every deal was a win— a six-figure loss after the 2007 peak, sharpened my discipline and shaped the risk-aware investor I am today.Once I retired, I realized how important it was to own real estate that provided a Passive Monthly Income.My mission now is to help firefighters and other working class individuals band together to invest in income producing assets that will better prepare them for retirement.Protecting Investor Capital is number 1 for me because live's depend on it.
